Dear Homeowners:
As a reminder, the upcoming Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday November 9th, 2024 at 8:00 am at the Arroyo Seco area. We are aware that some of you will not be able to join us this year, therefore we are providing you with the option to join us via Zoom.

The guidelines to attend the Annual Meeting through Zoom are the following:
1. To log in to the Annual Meeting you will need a Zoom account. If you still do not have one, please access: https://zoom.us/ .You do not need to pay a subscription for the basic Zoom account to log in to this meeting. Simply download Zoom from the site above.
2. When joining the meeting, each homeowner will need to display their name and last name (no nicknames) and will be required at signing in to turn ON their camera for at least the initial confirmation, during the first 5 minutes of the meeting to confirm identity. If those requirements are not met, the host of the meeting will ask for confirmation from the unknown participant. If the participant does not confirm his/her identity, they will be removed from the meeting.
This procedure will be in place for privacy matters and control for Cluster I homeowners exclusively.
3. There will not be any sharing of documents on the screen of the meeting.
4. Meeting participants will remain on mute and can ask questions through the Zoom chat.
5. The Annual General Meeting will start at 8:00 am USA MST (GMT-7). We suggest you to log-in 10-15 minutes early to allow for participant verification.
